Human Resources Director

  • Job Description:
  • Directs, administers and coordinates the activities of the hospital in support of HR and Employee Relations policies, goals and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer by performing the following duties.

  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree Preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business/ human resources or related degree required. At least five years experience in HR/Public Relations, health care or related field required.

Medical/Surgical Patient Care Director

  • Job Description:
  • Responsible for directing the quality and efficacy of patient care givers on unit in addition to scheduling adequate coverage. Must see to it that staff is qualified and trained to deliver quality care.

    Is responsible for directing and controlling all activities on the Med/Surg unit. Must perform on a timely basis all performance evaluations and chart audits. Must understand principles of management and know the culture of the organization. Must be familiar with budgets and cost controls.

  • Qualifications:
  • Management experience preferred. Must have current OK RN licensure and at least 5 years’ experience as an RN. Must have prior management experience.

  • Hours
  • Salaried position – Full Time. 8:00am – 5pm. Monday – Friday. Some evenings and some weekends.

House Supervisor

  • Job Description:
  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating all phases of nursing care provided in the hospital. Determines staffing needs and material resources necessary to provide safe and competent care to patients. Provides supervision of nursing personnel.

  • Qualifications:
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. CPR, ACLS, PALS required. TNCC, STABLE and Fetal Monitoring required within 6 months of hire.

Certified Surgical Scrub Technician or LPN with Operating Room Experience

  • Job Description:
  • Perform variety of duties as a member of the Operating Room nursing team.

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate from surgical technician school, or LPN current license in Oklahoma. Training and Experience: Experience preferred but may receive on-the-job training. Job Knowledge: Sufficient computer knowledge compile reports maintain simple records and perform various secretarial tasks.

Perioperative Registered Nurse

  • Job Description:
  • Perform variety of duties as a member of the Operating Room nursing team.

  • Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program. Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma. Advanced education and/or previous experience in surgical nursing is required. Orientation to the operating room. Current CPR required. ACLS and PALS preferred but may obtain within 6 months of employment, and NRP encouraged.

Unit Secretary/Telemtery Technician PRN PM/AM - 2 Positions available

  • Job Description:
  • Performs admitting and discharge papers and charts. Answering the phone and taking messages. Monitors ECG reading on central monitor and reports or irregularities to Charge nurse.

  • LPN Oklahoma Licensure or EMT/Paramedic certification, ACLS, CPR, ECG Interpretation Certification required.

  • Job Description:
  • Register patients in electronic health record system. Answer phone calls on switchboard. Break-down patient charts. Insurance benefit verification. Calculate estimated patient liability. Request payment for estimated liability. Various other duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED. Working knowledge of computers. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be friendly and customer service oriented. Health insurance experience preffered.

  • Hours
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
    (Training period 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
    After training, will float as needed:
    7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
