Human Resources Director

  • Job Description:
  • Directs, administers and coordinates the activities of the hospital in support of HR and Employee Relations policies, goals and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer by performing the following duties.

  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree Preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business/ human resources or related degree required. At least five years experience in HR/Public Relations, health care or related field required.

RN Case Manager– McCurtain Memorial Hospital

  • Job Description:
  • The Case Manager is responsible for compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation regarding Utilization Review and Discharge Planning including implementation and annual review of the Utilization Management Plan and assisting with the coordination of the Utilization Management Committee. The Case Manager is also responsible for care regarding discharge planning and patient needs for care, treatment, and services after discharge or transfer are met. The Caser Manger follows the hospital’s Case Management/Utilization Program that integrates the functions of utilization review, discharge planning, and resource management into a singular effort to ensure, based on patient assessment, care is provided in the most appropriate setting utilizing medically indicated resources. The hospital’s case management model outlines a collaborative practice to improve quality through coordination of care impacting length of stay, minimizing cost, and ensuring optimum outcomes. The Case Manager is also responsible for the Swing Bed Program.

  • Current OK RN license.

  • Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Hours may vary

Unit Secretary/Telemtery Technician PRN PM/AM

  • Job Description:
  • Performs admitting and discharging papers and charts. Anwering th ephone and talking messages. Monitor ECG reading on central monitor and reports or irregularities to Charge nurse.

  • Qualifications:
  • LPN Oklahoma Licensure, ACLS, CPR, ECG Interpretation Certification required.
